We are now seeking an Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a defined agricultural territory and play a key role in the next stage of our growth.

The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you will be the primary commercial contact for customers within your defined area, responsible for developing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities across agricultural machinery and solutions.

You will manage your territory as your own business, supported by a strong aftersales, parts and management team who understand that successful sales are built on trust, knowledge and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Redlynch and our premium agricultural machinery brands within your territory
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with farming and contracting customers
  • Identify, manage and convert new sales opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored machinery and support solutions
  • Achieve agreed sales targets while protecting margin and brand value
  • Work closely with parts, service and management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Attend agricultural shows, demonstrations, training and customer events
  • Accurately manage pipeline and CRM activity

About You

You will likely already be working in:

  • Agricultural machinery sales
  • Farm equipment sales
  • A related technical or commercial agricultural role

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in field‑based sales within agriculture or a closely related sector
  • Strong knowledge of modern farming practices and equipment
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence negotiating at farm and business level
  • Self‑motivation, organisation and pride in representing a professional dealership
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
  • Full UK driving licence
