This is an exciting full‑time role for a creative and highly organised marketer who wants to make a meaningful impact across multiple brands. You’ll be at the heart of shaping how our companies communicate, engage customers and stand out in an ever‑evolving agricultural industry.
About the Role
As Group Marketing Coordinator, you will lead the planning, execution of marketing activity across all group businesses. Your work will directly support sales growth, strengthen our brand presence and help us maintain the high standards our customers expect. From seasonal campaigns to digital strategy, events to internal culture development – this role is varied, visible and genuinely influential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver monthly sales and aftersales campaigns across all companies.
- Build and manage seasonal advertising calendars for core franchises (JCB, Fendt, Valtra, Lely).
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, turning insight into improvement.
- Maintain and optimise website stock listings, ensuring integration with key advertising platforms.
- Produce high‑quality, consistent material for web, social media and email mailouts.
- Improve SEO performance and monitor analytics to boost online visibility and customer reach.
- Organise, host and deliver bi‑annual sales events and key account hospitality days.
- Identify and manage attendance at shows, open days, conferences and local agricultural events.
- Capture and manage customer data for targeted and segmented marketing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver internal company culture initiatives birthdays, celebrations, Christmas events, family days and more.
- Strengthen and develop relationships with local schools, clubs, charities and agricultural organisations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, news and major product launches to produce timely, relevant content.
- Identify new opportunities and recommend forward‑thinking marketing strategies.
Brand & Collaboration
- Engage with sales, service and parts teams to create relevant, high‑quality marketing assets.
- Work alongside and organise content creator for video shoots, imagery and other production activities.
- Line management through company General Managers.
- Liaise with manufacturers (AGCO, JCB, Lely) to maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of digital, social and traditional marketing channels.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, social media management systems and email marketing software.
- Excellent written communication and confident content creation abilities.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a solution focused mindset.
- Highly organised with proven project management capability.
- 2+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within agriculture, machinery, rural businesses or similar sectors.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and data‑driven marketing techniques.
