Redlynch Agri is on the lookout for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Field Engineer to join our growing team. If you love cutting‑edge machinery, precision tech and working directly with farmers to make their lives easier, then you’ll fit right in.
As a dealer for Fendt, Valtra and JCB, we’re proud to support farmers with premium equipment, smart farming systems and dependable local service. This role puts you right at the heart of that.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Machinery Setup & Installation: Configure new machines on farm, including GPS and precision farming systems.
- Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve issues with guidance and other smart farming tools.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships and help farmers choose the right kit.
- Demonstrations: Showcase the best of Fendt, Valtra and JCB with clear, confident demos.
- Training: Support customers and colleagues with updates, features and product know‑how.
- Demo Fleet Management: Keep our demo units in top condition, bookable, clean and ready.
- Servicing & Rectification: Coordinate servicing and repairs to ensure machines perform flawlessly.
What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of ag machinery and real-world farm operations.
- Experience with precision farming and GPS guidance.
- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own schedule.
- Confident with IT, onboard systems and digital tools.
- Proactive approach to fleet management and coordination.
