Parts Adviser – Bruton depot                        

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Parts team. You will be assisting in the day-to-day running of the Parts Department.

Key responsibilities

  • Fielding enquiries from a large customer base, both in person and over the phone.
  • ‘Front of house’ duties – Greeting/directing customers and visitors
  • Ordering parts from suppliers, ensuring they are received and stored correctly.
  • Supplying parts to external and internal customers in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with deliveries, unloading and price checking.
  • Stock checks and audits as necessary.

Skills & Knowledge


  • Effective communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Quick learner
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Motivated and able to organise own workload
  • Previous parts department experience or agricultural machinery knowledge


  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Fendt/Valtra specific knowledge
  • Ibcos experience
